Neckarsulm/Coppet, 23 May 2018 – Based in western Switzerland, the addition of Evolusys SA to Bechtle further bolsters the group’s software solutions business. First established in 2006, the IT consultancy is a renowned specialist in analytics and cloud solutions built on Microsoft technologies, with customers from all industries. Both parties have agreed to keep the acquisition price confidential.
The company, with headquarters in Coppet, near Geneva, currently employs 25 experienced consultants specialised in analytics, collaboration and cloud solutions. Evolusys provides its customers with a full range of services from strategic consulting to support and training, to designing and realising turnkey solutions in such innovative contexts as big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data visualisation and process automation. Evolusys holds a Microsoft Gold Partner status for Data Analytics, and is a Silver Partner in the Cloud Productivity and Cloud Platform categories. In addition, the company is part of an exclusive vendor network within the Microsoft ecosystem, collaborating with Nintex, ShareGate and Metalogix, among others. In 2017, it recorded revenues of some 5 million Swiss francs.
