Neckarsulm/Horgen, 8 January 2018 – Bechtle AG has acquired Horgen-based Acommit AG, a leading service provider for software and IT infrastructure solutions in Switzerland. Founded in 1983, the company is a recognised specialist for ERP software based on Microsoft Dynamics/NAV, as well as its own solution, DIAS. With 60 employees and offices in Horgen, Wallisellen, Lyss, and Lucerne, Acommit has generated revenues to the amount of some 14 million Swiss francs in its most recent fiscal year. Its extensive customer base includes over 200 small and medium-sized businesses in Switzerland. The company’s previous owners—Martin Küng, Christoph Kleiner, Erich Wieser and Robert Zanzerl—will maintain their current leadership positions within the company. The Acommit brand will also remain intact.
