Neckarsulm/Dublin, 23 October 2026 – Bechtle AG is continuing to expand its presence in Ireland with the acquisition of Technology First Ltd., which operates in the Irish market under the ITQuotes brand. Based in Dublin, the value-added reseller is one of Ireland’s established providers of IT procurement, hardware, software and deployment services for enterprise and public-sector customers. In its most recent financial year, ITQuotes generated revenue of more than €30 million with a team of around 20 employees. The acquisition strengthens Bechtle’s position in Ireland and creates a platform for further growth in one of Europe’s most important technology markets. At the same time, the Bechtle Group is expanding its capabilities in IT procurement, lifecycle services and fulfilment and gaining direct access to a strong customer base in Ireland for its infrastructure, cloud, security and managed services offerings. By joining the Bechtle Group, ITQuotes opens up new growth opportunities and is ideally positioned to offer an even broader range of services to its customers. Founders and co-owners Joe Finucane and Brian Lehane will remain with the company for a period to support the integration process.
