Apple School Manager is a simple web-based portal that allows IT admins to deploy iPad and Mac devices in schools. They can provide students and staff with access to Apple services, configure devices, procure apps and books, and equip teachers with tools that enable engaging learning experiences — all easily from one place. The Shared iPad feature allows multiple students to use the same iPad while ensuring a personalized learning experience and keeping each student’s data separate and secure.

With the Classroom app, teachers can manage nearby iPad devices. They can open apps and links to guide students through a lesson, send and receive documents with each member of the class, and view iPad screens to keep track of student work.

The Schoolwork app enables teachers to share and collect instructional materials, monitor student progress, provide instant feedback, and tailor lessons individually. Students can view all their assignments in one place, submit their work, and track their progress.
