Equipped with the latest Intel® AI Boost Neural Processing Unit (NPU), a 35.6 cm (14.0") touchscreen, up to 12 or 24 hours of battery life and a range of ergonomic features, it delivers exceptional connectivity, including 5G and up to three LAN ports ranging from 1 GbE and 2.5 GbE to 10 GbE for fast, parallel data transfer. Thanks to Panasonic’s longstanding commitment to backward compatibility, accessories from the previous model can continue to be used.

In one example, a company specialising in lifts and escalators rolled out some 1,000 TOUGHBOOK G1 tablets its service technicians to help them maintain on-site systems in 2012. Over the intervening years, failure rates were so low that tablets only recently had to be replaced by the TOUGHBOOK G2—that’s a 10-year lifecycle!
