AI Act: The changes around 02 February 2025. What do companies need to do now to use AI safely and in compliance with the law?
The EU AI Regulation (AI Act) will introduce new regulatory requirements for the use of artificial intelligence from 2 February 2025. Companies, authorities and providers must prepare for transparency obligations, the risk assessment of AI systems and the definition of clear responsibilities. A practical approach is particularly important in order to implement the requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
