With Kyocera's full service packages, your devices are always optimally secured. Alternatively, you can opt for the "Plus" models with three years of full service. Service desk: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 to 18:00, Friday 8:00 to 17:00. Response time: On-site next business day repairs for damage reported by 12:00. Scope of services: - All maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications and device indicator - Hardware issue troubleshooting, on-site or remote as needed - Exchange of device components or options with no additional costs for replacement components - Exchange of defect wear parts with no additional costs - Incl. travel and labour costs - Qualified Kyocera technicians are available for troubleshooting - High system productivity for three or five years as well as protection against the unexpected Repair costs Please note: Kyocera Life Plus is only valid in Germany. You can add Kyocera Life Plus for up to one year after purchasing your ECOSYS system. In order to use Kyocera Life Plus Full Services, you need to complete online registration with Kyocera.
