Service desk:
Monday to Thursday, 8:00 to 18:00, Friday 8:00 to 17:00.
Response time:
On-site next business day repairs for damage reported by 12:00.
Scope of services:
- All maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications and device indicator
- Hardware issue troubleshooting, on-site or remote as needed
- Exchange of device components or options with no additional costs for replacement components
- Exchange of defect wear parts with no additional costs
- Incl. travel and labour costs
- Qualified Kyocera technicians are available for troubleshooting
- High system productivity for three or five years as well as protection against the unexpected
