The right tools for the right staff – Personas as the key to success
When it comes to healthcare, people are at the heart of everything, but all too often I see healthcare professionals being shut out when it comes to crucial changes to the IT they use, which leads to frustrations, inefficient ways of working and missed opportunities.
I am Daniël Maelissa, Business Consultant at Bechtle. During my session, I will tell you all about how personas help to identify the needs of healthcare professionals. You’ll also gain an insight into how to use persona research to find the right tools and resources, so healthcare professionals can focus on what really matters—providing the best care.
