Academic year 2026: 215 new trainees and dual-track students join Bechtle.
In September 2026, 215 vocational trainees and dual-track students are starting at Bechtle, bringing the total number across the Group to 766. This figure reflects Bechtle’s sustained commitment to developing future talent through a broad range of technical and commercial vocational traineeships and integrated study programmes.
Bechtle has made developing young talent a cornerstone of its HR strategy for many years. Hands-on training, personalised development opportunities and attractive post-graduation career prospects help retain qualified specialists over the long term, while technical traineeships and degree programmes remain a key focus.
Alongside a wide range of entry opportunities in commercial disciplines, Bechtle continues to expand its academic programmes, with new additions including integrated study courses in Business Administration – Digital Business Management, Business Administration – Trade Fair, Congress and Event Management, and Accounting, Taxation and Business Law – Accounting & Controlling. In 2026, a record 64 students will begin technical degree programmes at Bechtle.
Training and development are not only an investment in Bechtle’s future but also a contribution to a forward-looking society, giving young talent the opportunity to take on responsibility at an early stage and grow both professionally and personally.
The journey begins with MIKADO, Bechtle’s onboarding event, where new vocational trainees and dual-track students gain their first insights into the company and the many facets of Bechtle while building personal connections across the organisation.
