Solution.
Together with Bechtle, Lobo Home set out to modernise parts of its IT infrastructure. The first step was to set up a service desk to support the company during peak periods and enable fast troubleshooting. A virtual Wi-Fi heatmap allowed the HPE Aruba Access Points to be optimally positioned in the production facilities and offices, which not only significantly improved coverage, but ensured it worked more reliably so that staff in the warehouse can now use their hand scanners more efficiently, which ultimately boosts productivity. When it came to e-mail communication, Bechtle rolled out Microsoft Exchange Online, adding the user-friendly AvePoint backup solution to secure data in the cloud, before updating the Sophos Firewall to ensure the highest security standards. Thanks to Bechtle, Lobo Home is now also able to take full advantage of its existing M365 licences, and Bechtle configured features including Defender and Entra ID to support a comprehensive security strategy. The result is a modern and secure working environment that allows employees to enjoy the benefits of the digital workplace despite Bokel’s rural location. With this new IT infrastructure in place, Lobo Home is now ready for whatever digital developments the future holds.
