The C5 attestation (Cloud Computing Compliance Controls Catalogue) confirms that Bechtle meets the requirements defined by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) for operating cloud services. In addition, Bechtle operates multiple data centres across Europe, enabling local redundancy and geo‑redundancy in line with BSI recommendations, which specify a minimum distance of 200 kilometres between data centre locations.
