Business process optimization aims to exploit the potential for improvement by redesigning or reorganizing workflows and processes, thereby increasing the efficiency of the company. In the age of digitalization, however, the focus is on one thing in particular, in addition to lean and efficient processes: achieving harmony with the IT infrastructure. With the help of proven and standardized methodologies, we visualize, analyze and evaluate how your selected process can be optimized and interlocked with its corporate IT in the best possible way. The process recording is carried out in workshops and by observing the employees. Based on the findings, we then determine solution approaches with regard to business process design and IT infrastructure optimization. In our "Business Process Analysis and Optimization" workshop, two of our Six Sigma Green Belt certified consultants examine one of your core processes. It is then documented and analyzed for you. In a presentation of the results, you will receive recommendations for the optimization (digitization and automation) of the respective process as well as indications for the optimal integration with your IT infrastructure.
