Fit for project was developed together with Prof. Dr. Ayelt Komus and experienced consultants as well as our practical experience from years of project work. With an online assessment of the project portfolio, planning, control, methods, tools and the general state of project management, we orient ourselves to the current state and your goals. In a joint workshop, we build the bridge between your goals, the current status and the necessary measures for implementation in project management. With the prioritization and definition of the next steps, you receive a structured documentation of the collected findings and a procedural proposal on how the need for action should be addressed. With fit for project, we use our digital toolbox, which efficiently supports us and you in the implementation and execution of new projects.
