SAP Release Upgrade

Specification: The following are the activities of Bechtle employees, where Bechtle advises and supports the customer: -Determination of the current release matrix and dependencies between operating system, database software and SAP software updates as well as SAP recommendations -Preparation of the detailed upgrade procedure based on SAP guides, SAP notes as well as add-ons, support packages and patches to be included -Checking all system requirements for the SAP upgrade -Installing and updating the required upgrade tools and deploying the available add-ons and support packages -Execution of the Prepare phase of the SAP upgrade and reviewing or editing of the results -Execution of the technical SAP upgrade according to SAP documentation -Technical rework of the upgrade according to SAP documentation -Documentation of customer-specific settings and activities as part of the upgrade Quantity structure: -A SAP system landscape with 3 SAP systems (DEV, QA, PROD) -Database size per system smaller than 1 TB Supplied by customer: -Admin rights -System documentation -remote access to the customer system -further additions can be determined in the course of the project
