In Germany, Bechtle has been named a Leader in the fields of Managed Workplace Services – End User Technology, Workplace Strategy Transformation Services, and Digital Service Desk & Workplace Support Services. The analysts based their assessment on the group’s varied product and service offerings and strong market position.
The ISG Provider Lens™ Future of Work 2022 study compares managed service providers in terms of strategy, scope of services and future-oriented solutions offerings for the modern workplace, thus offering an international, representative rating of solution providers in the modern workplace sector.
New requirements for the hybrid world of work

Quadrants rate service provider strengths
The Workplace Strategy Transformation Services category rates consulting services in the course of the transformation towards more agile worlds of work. As a leading provider, Bechtle offers essential support to companies and public-sector organisations in the design of their workplace strategies, the configuration of architecture for modern worlds of work and the creation of roadmaps for the required transformation.
In the Managed Workplace Services - End User Technology category, Bechtle scored well with services that support IT departments in the management of end devices, applications, cloud workplaces and security concepts for digital workplaces. The group’s excellent and certified partnerships with manufacturers, along with its extensive portfolio that offers customers a wide range of services in modern work technologies, also scored highly.
Bechtle secured its leading position in the Digital Service Desk and Workplace Support Services quadrant by offering an extensive number of services that support users with individual solutions to problems with short response times.
