Neckarsulm, 28 May 2015 – Volkswagen has commissioned Bechtle to provide IT services for around 100,000 IT workstations. The 4-year framework agreement involves services for its subsidiaries Volkswagen, MAN and Audi. More than 200 Bechtle service technicians will deliver client design, client management, as well as on-site and remote services in Germany. The order volume amounts to a considerable multimillion-euro figure over the contract duration, making this Bechtle’s biggest contract for managed ser-vices to date.
Bechtle’s on-site technicians will cater to the needs of some 100,000 users from the Volkswagen Group, backed by remote support from the Bechtle headquarters in Neckarsulm. “We are very pleased that the Volkswagen Group has seen fit to place its trust in Bechtle’s expertise and capabilities.
