Neckarsulm, 12 April 2019 – The 15th annual Bechtle Competence Days at the Neckarsulm headquarters were a resounding success. On 10 and 11 April, more than 3,500 guests came to learn about the latest IT solutions from 60 stands and some 100 talks, some 400 more visitors to Bechtle Platz 1 than the previous year.
This year’s “New horizons for Business” theme provided plenty of scope to deliver a wide-ranging lecture programme, with the focus on security and modern workplace. Twenty security talks alone were on the agenda, followed by 16 on the workplace of the future. Speakers on Managed Services, Business Applications, Data Centre Technologies, Networking Solutions and Multi-cloud solutions rounded off the varied programme.
At the parallel exhibition, 200 Bechtle specialists demonstrated concrete digitalisation solutions that are already being employed today in companies and the public sector. The spectrum ranged from digital learning methods, augmented reality and industrial 3D printing to data collection and real-time analysis of previously analogue objects.
This successful event encompasses a wide-ranging technology fair with the opportunity to have professional and personal exchanges with experts from the Bechtle Competence Centre and other specialist members of the Bechtle group.
In addition to the Competence Days in Neckarsulm, the Bechtle IT system houses also offer an overview of technologies and the group’s capabilities at regional IT forums, most recently in North Rhine-Westphalia, Switzerland, and later this year in, Erfurt, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Hamburg, and Constance.
