The DMS Competence Centre in Cologne is part of Bechtle Systemhaus Rheinland and is an established player in the field of information technology, with a dedicated team of 30 employees who contribute their expertise throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland and, if required, other European countries. As a Competence Centre for document and enterprise content management (DMS/ECM), the team employs highly qualified staff who work with over 350 customers.   2. My main tasks include strategic corporate management, leadership and supporting my employees. In order for the employees and the company to grow it’s important to foster a climate in which people like to work and collaborate to achieve more.
