Competence Center Document Management Systems and Automation.

As part of the Bechtle system house in Cologne, the Competence Center DMS is an established player in the field of information technology, with a dedicated team of 30 employees who contribute their expertise throughout Germany as well as in Austria, Switzerland and, if required, in other European countries. As a Competence Center for Document and Enterprise Content Management (DMS/ECM), the team employs highly qualified staff who work with over 350 customers. This diverse workforce includes both experienced consultants and talented developers who work together to develop innovative solutions to complex IT challenges.

  2. We have the honour of overseeing the largest data centre in Germany and we’re also an essential security location within the Bechtle Group.

 

  1. What is your role as managing director?

  2. My main tasks include strategic corporate management, leadership and supporting my employees. In order for the employees and the company to grow it’s important to foster a climate in which people like to work and collaborate to achieve more.
