Orders that reach an order threshold—and therefore require approval—are automatically routed to the approver(s) configured for that threshold.
Only users assigned as default or optional approvers for an order threshold can approve orders that reach that threshold.
Approver assignments are managed by administrators in the order thresholds settings.
Administrators can configure default and optional selectable approvers for each threshold in “Order thresholds”.
Users only see orders in “Pending approvals” if they are the approver assigned to that specific order.
You cannot approve an order unless it has been assigned to you via an order threshold.
If you’re logged in to your My Bechtle account, you can configure order thresholds here.
