Bechtle offers companies a wide range of IT training courses – flexible, practical and tailored to different needs. From registering multiple participants to organising individual appointments and issuing certificates of attendance, the platform supports you in planning, implementing and following up on your training measures.

How can I order a training?

For a smooth process, we recommend that you register for a My Bechtle account. 1. You can enter the desired training topic in the search field or access it via the navigation under IT Services, then select Bechtle Learning Services. 2. In the drop-down menu on the right, you can select the location of the training course, either online or in person. 3. Now select one of the available dates. 4. Add your contact details and then the participants. If you wish, you can leave your message about booking this training course in the comments field. Confirm the information you have entered. 5. You can now add the training course to your shopping cart and check it out in the shopping cart by clicking on “Order now”. Learn more

How can I request a training?

1. Click on "Booking request". 2. A form for requesting an appointment will now open. 3. Fill in the necessary information and click on "Send". Learn more

What to do if there is no suitable date?

Do you require an additional appointment? Please feel free to contact one of our representatives. You can find them in the IT Services section, Bechtle Learning Services, and then in the Training Centre. Learn more

When will I receive feedback?

After we have thoroughly reviewed your request, you can expect a response within three working days. If you have not received a response by then, please feel free to contact us by email at schulung@bechtle.com. Learn more

How can I participate online?

You will receive an invitation containing the link and the attached calendar entry for Outlook. To participate in an online training course, you need a stable internet connection, a headset, a webcam and, if possible, a second monitor. A distraction-free environment is also recommended. Learn more
