Returns

Bechtle.com provides structured return processes for businesses. The platform supports return registration, status tracking and refunds – including cases of damaged goods or incorrect deliveries.

If you would like to return a product, simply request a return in your account. Go to the relevant invoice and select 'Return items' in the 'Options' drop-down list. We will process your request asap. If you ordered a product by mistake, please be aware that we can only accept a return if the original box is still sealed. Learn more
You may submit a request to return a delivered and invoiced item. Your account manager will process your request promptly. Please note that customised products, licence products, b-stock items and spare parts cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, certain products can only be returned if the packaging is still sealed. You can find your returns under the heading 'Products & Purchasing' in your account. You can see the details and current status of returns you have requested. Learn more
Please contact us and send us the item number, EAN code/barcode and pictures of the differing item. Learn more
