How can I update my company details?

IN A NUTSHELL

Company details can only be updated by your Bechtle account manager. You can find their contact information on your My Bechtle home page after you sign in.

Pre-requisites

  • An active My Bechtle account
  • Permission to request changes to company details

How to update company details

  • Sign in to My Bechtle.
  • On your home page, look for the ‘Contact’ section.
  • Alternatively, go to Information & Contact → Contact.
  • Get in touch with your account manager
  • Request the change directly from them.

Please note

  • For security reasons, company details cannot be changed by users themselves.
  • All updates are handled by your Bechtle account manager.
