How do I change my email address?

IN A NUTSHELL

You can change your email address under Users & Settings → My user. The new email address becomes active only once you’ve confirmed it.

Step‑by‑step guide

  • Sign in and navigate to ‘Users & Settings’.
  • Select ‘My user’.
  • Click on ‘Change e-mail’.
  • Follow the on‑screen instructions.
  • Confirm your new email address by clicking the link sent to you.

Please note

  • The change only takes effect once you confirm the new email address.
  • Once confirmed, the new email address is updated across all systems.
