Two‑factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security when you sign in. In addition to your password, a second factor—such as an app or an email code—is required. You can sign in only after both verification steps have been completed.
No access to the authentication app (e.g. after replacing or losing a device)
No access to the linked email account
Incorrect or expired codes
Check whether you have alternative authentication methods available, such as backup codes.
If you cannot access either the app or your email, contact your Bechtle account manager.
They will verify your identity and help you restore access to your account.
