How do I manage shipping addresses in my account?

IN A NUTSHELL

You can manage shipping addresses in your My Bechtle account under Addresses & Payment. User permissions determine which shipping addresses are visible and can be edited.

Pre-requisites

The permission “Can manage shipping addresses” is required.
The permission “Can view other users’ addresses” controls the visibility of additional addresses.

Accessing shipping address management

Open “My Bechtle”.
Go to the “Addresses & Payment” section.
Open “shipping addresses”.
Functions in address management:
- Add new shipping addresses.
- Edit existing shipping addresses.
- Delete shipping addresses.

Selecting shipping addresses during checkout

You can select a shipping address during checkout.
If you configured a default shipping address, this is preselected.
You can change the shipping address for each order.

Permissions and visibility

Without the required permission, only the default shipping address is available during checkout.
When the permission “Can view other users’ addresses” is enabled, you can see addresses of other users of your account.

Please note

Changes to addresses take effect immediately.
Which addresses you can see, select or edit depends on your permissions.
