How can I tell if accessories are required for a product?

IN A NUTSHELL

Required accessories are indicated by a blue box below the price on the product page. When you add the product to your basket, a window opens prompting you to select the necessary accessories.

How required accessories are shown on the product page

  • A blue box beneath the price displays the message: ‘This product has required accessories’.
  • This indicates that you must choose the corresponding accessories before you can proceed.

Selecting required accessories during purchase

  • After clicking ‘Add to basket’, a window opens.
  • Select the required accessories.
  • You must complete this step before you can place your order.

Please note

  • You cannot order the base product without selecting the required accessories.

  • The required‑accessories notice only appears for products that cannot be purchased without them.
