How do I cancel or modify my order?

IN A NUTSHELL

Some customers can cancel an order within 10 minutes of it being placed. If this option is available, you’ll find it within the order details in your customer account.

Step‑by‑step guide

  • Open the order.
  • If you placed the order within the last 10 minutes, check to see if the option to cancel is available.
  • Click ‘Cancel’.

Please note

  • After 10 minutes, it is no longer possible to cancel online.
  • If you require support, please click on the blue question mark in the bottom right corner of the screen.
