How can I track my order?

IN A NUTSHELL

Your order status tells you what’s happening with your order right now. In your customer account, you can view the latest updates, including estimated delivery dates and shipping information.

Order status – Overview and meaning

Your order status gives you a clear view of each step in the processing and delivery process. Below is an overview of the key status messages and what they mean:

Status

Meaning

Received

We have received your order and are now processing it.

Delayed

Unfortunately, your order will not meet the originally confirmed delivery date. You can see the new delivery date in the order details.

Dispatched

All or some items in your order have been shipped. For details, please refer to the tracking information.

Complete

Your order has been delivered.

Viewing your order status

  • Log into your Bechtle customer account.

  • Navigate to ‘Orders’. 

  • You’ll find your current and past orders there together with their status.

  • If the status is Dispatched, you’ll also have access to tracking details and delivery updates.

Please note

  • If your delivery is delayed, the new expected date will appear in your account.

  • Some orders are delivered in multiple shipments, so individual items may show different status updates.

  • If you have any questions, our customer service team will be glad to assist.
