How can I track my order?

In your order history, you can see your expected delivery date and track the current status of your order.

What does the status mean?

Definition

Note

Received

We have received your order and are now processing it.

You will receive an e‑mail confirming receipt.

Delayed

Unfortunately, your order will not meet the originally confirmed delivery date.

You can view the updated delivery date in your order history.

Dispatched

All or some items in your order have been shipped.

Tracking information is available in your order history.

Complete

Your order has been fully delivered.

Where can I find this information?

  • Go to “Products & Purchasing” → “Orders” to view your order status.
  • Tracking information becomes available once your items have been shipped.
