How can I save my basket as a draft quote?

IN A NUTSHELL

You can save your basket as a draft quote at any time and create as many draft quotes as you need. You can print and share draft quotes; however, no other export formats are available.

Prerequisites

You must be logged in to a Bechtle account
You need at least one product in your basket

Step by step

Add products to your basket.
In your basket, click “Basket options” (three-dot menu) and select “Request quote for basket”.
To add items to one or several existing draft quotes, select them from the “My draft quotes” drop-down list.
You can also select “Create a new draft quote”.
Click “Save”.
To view your draft quotes, go to “Quotes” (under Products & Purchasing) and select the “Draft quotes” tab.
You can print your draft as a PDF, share it by e-mail, or request a formal quote from Bechtle.

Note

You can create as many draft quotes as you need.
You can print and share draft quotes; however, no additional export formats are available.
You can find your personalised Bechtle quotes in the “Bechtle quotes” tab.
