There are two ways you can request a return in your My Bechtle account—either under ‘Returns’ or from the invoice for the product you’d like to send back. Need help? Click on the blue question mark in the bottom right of the screen for contact options.
Log in to your My Bechtle account

Follow the instructions to complete the process.
Your return request will be processed asap.
Mistakenly ordered products can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us through the available support channels.
