How do I return a product?

IN A NUTSHELL

There are two ways you can request a return in your My Bechtle account—either under ‘Returns’ or from the invoice for the product you’d like to send back. Need help? Click on the blue question mark in the bottom right of the screen for contact options.

Step‑by‑step guide

Step 1: Sign in to your account

Log in to your My Bechtle account

Step 2: Two options for requesting a return

Option 1: Via ‘Returns’ 

  • Open ‘Products & Purchasing’ and select ‘Returns’.
  • Click ‘Request return’.
  • Follow the instructions to complete the process.

Option 2: From the invoice: 

  • Open ‘Products & Purchasing’ and select ‘Invoices’.
  • Select the invoice for the product you want to return.
  • You can either click ‘Return this product’ in the invoice overview or open the invoice, scroll to the product you would like to return and click ‘Return this product’ there.
  • Follow the instructions to complete the process.

Step 3: Processing

Your return request will be processed asap.

Please note

  • Mistakenly ordered products can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened.

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us through the available support channels.
