Could you tell us a little bit about yourself?
My name is Nathan Luce, I’m 28 and originally from Nantes but moved to Alsace some 22 years ago!
What was it like when you joined Bechtle?
I started in January 2022 in the Acquisitions team, stayed one year and then became Account Manager!
I’d already got three years in B2B Acquisitions under my belt which was actually my stepping stone into the Group!
What’s your professional background?
I started working at 15 years old. I wasn’t very good at school, but quickly gravitated towards dual training as a fishmonger!
Yep, nothing to do with my profession now!
What does your job as Account Manager entail?
I manage a portfolio of customers with whom it’s necessary to make a real connection and earn their trust in terms of managing their IT fleet.
In your opinion, what are the qualities required to hold this position?
To be an account manager, you need to always think in terms of the customer experience. A satisfied customer is everything!
It’s also the best way to set ourselves apart from the competition.
Have you been able to acquire any new skills since starting at Bechtle?
We’re learning new things every day, but with every new month I learn another skill in IT.
What is the next step on your Bechtle journey?
Getting market experience so that our team of three (together with Lucas WILLKOMM
and Maimouna SEYE) can develop our skills.
Which three words best describe Bechtle?
Human, collaboration, responsible.
But enough talk about work! Do you have any hobbies?
Diving!
I got into it two years ago. I love the feeling of freedom under the water!
How would your friends and family describe you?
As someone who likes his grub and likes to make other people smile.
The film that everyone needs to see?
The Wave (Die Welle), a German film by Dennis Gansel inspired by a true story.
Your favourite food?
A good raclette. It’s the best!
And is there anything else we should know about you?
I’m not very good at answering such open questions! But I’m happy to chat at the coffee machine (laughs).
