The Adobe Sales Specialist – Delivering real added-value for your customers
Working across the Solutions, Sales and Marketing departments, Thomas Ripoche manages a team of four, two of whom dedicate their time to Adobe. The Adobe Sales Specialist team is focused on developing a long-term vision for Adobe as a partner as well as to manage its growth within Bechtle and at its customers.

Adobe has certified Bechtle Comsoft a reseller of excellence by awarding it Platinum Partner status underscoring the fact that the team is expert in all things Adobe, able to advise and implement our customers’ Adobe projects. Thanks to the expertise of Thomas and his team in Adobe licensing and development, our customers benefit from unique support in a field that can feel a little abstract
as well as hardware support, whether it’s a creative product like Creative Cloud, Photoshop, or Illustrator or Document Cloud , i.e. PDF.
The Adobe project management process
Thomas Ripoche is the first port of call when the Bechtle sales teams have identified specific needs,
analysing the situation and providing solutions using Adobe products. He then focuses on the extent to which Adobe tools can bring real added value to the customer’s project recommending a custom solution tailored to the customer’s project and its objectives.
When we present our proposals to the customer, we’ll demonstrate how, for example, Adobe can meet their data security needs, and the number of licences potentially required depending on the size of the company. Then it’s down to the sales rep to negotiate with the customer.

Bechtle Comsoft and Adobe are on the same page when it comes to the use of AI for creating documentation.
Adobe, PDF pioneer and undisputed leader in creative software, is now integrating artificial intelligence solutions into its own products:
- In Acrobat, the AI Assistant enables everyone to quickly find answers within documents, simplifying the search for essential information and saving significant time when consulting legal articles or carrying out academic research, for example. At the user’s request, the tool can also generate summaries.

The Marketplace – More customer independence
As Thomas Ripoche explains, from the beginning of 2025 all Adobe programs and products will be available exclusively through marketplaces such as Bechtle Clouds. “This platform will enable customers to purchase and renew their Adobe and other licences independently and automatically. ”
Adobe’s priorities include migrating customers to this new marketplace to automate purchases and renewals, and giving partners more time to deliver value. Thomas Ripoche emphasises the importance of strategic alignment with Bechtle and the need to promote products and effectively communicate innovations, particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence and paperless document management.
