The ‘Invoices’ section of the Bechtle Clouds Portal provides a comprehensive overview of all your organisation’s invoices. It displays all relevant invoice details and allows you to download invoices directly from the portal. This feature helps you to view and track invoices transparently at any time and save them as PDFs if required.
In the ‘Invoices’ section, you will find a complete list of all invoices for your organisation. For each invoice, the invoice number, the name of the billing company, the associated billing account ID, the invoice date, the amount invoiced and the current invoice status are displayed. This information helps you to clearly identify invoices and view the relevant billing details at any time. You can access this section by selecting your name in the portal and then opening the Service Portal, where the “Invoices” section is located.
