My Bechtle

This section gives you clear, easy‑to‑follow guides on how to get the most out of My Bechtle and also provides explanations of new features. Some sections include short, interactive guided tours that walk you through the pages and give you a quick, hands‑on introduction.

Clouds Self-service

My Products

This section gives you a quick overview of all software your organisation has ordered through Bechtle Clouds.

Consumption Details

This section section gives you a clear breakdown of your cloud usage. You can see which resources were used, how long they were used, and what they cost. It also helps you track spending over time and spot any changes across different providers. This gives you more details than your monthly invoice and makes your usage easier to understand.

Invoices

This is where you can view all invoices for your organisation. Each invoice can be opened, reviewed and downloaded as a PDF whenever you need it.

Discounts

The Discounts section in the Bechtle Clouds Portal is only for Bechtle employees. It allows you to quickly see all discounts linked to a specific customer. You can look up details, create new discounts, or disable discounts that are no longer needed. Customers never see this section—it’s purely for internal use and helps you keep on top of exactly which discounts are active for your customer.
