At Bechtle, we are fully aware of our corporate responsibility, which is why we place great importance on proactive, science-based environmental and climate protection, social responsibility and genuine diversity in a discrimination-free environment. Through our Bechtle Sustainability Strategy 2030, we have firmly embedded environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria into our corporate strategy.

Environmental and social responsibility are firmly embedded in Bechtle’s corporate governance. The Bechtle Sustainability Strategy 2030 sets the direction with four strategic action areas that are particularly relevant to Bechtle, reflecting a holistic and future-focused approach.

We believe responsibility and credibility matter, which is why we report openly and transparently on the progress of our sustainability activities every year. Since the 2024 fiscal year, our reporting has been aligned with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

From the 2022 fiscal year onwards, all sustainability KPIs have been included in the Annual Report.
