STANDARD (T-BAR).

The original lock sound can be found on the vast majority of electronic devices.

Slot size: 7 x 3 mm.

The Kensington MicroSaver® standard lock has been designed to physically secure a host of electrical devices—from computers and notebooks to monitors, port replicators and other wired accessories.

KENSINGTON NANO SECURITY SLOTS.

Found on new ultra-thin HP, Lenovo and ASUS notebooks.

Slot size: 6 x 2.5 mm.

The Kensington Security Slot has set the standard for notebook security for close to 30 years, but as devices have become slimmer and more compact, so has the Kensington Slot.

The NanoSaver® lock can be used with the 70% smaller Nano Security Slot®, which is used by HP on its next-gen notebooks as well as Lenovo and ASUS.

WEDGE SECURITY SLOTS.

Used on new Dell notebooks and other select devices.

Slot size: 4.5 x 3.1 mm.

Tested and approved by Dell, the N17 notebook lock for wedge slots is perfect for ultra-thin and 2-in-1 notebooks as it doesn’t obstruct ports.
