Hello Vladyslav! Could you tell us a little bit about yourself?
Hi, I’m Vladyslav Korol and I’m 25 years old. I’m currently doing a Master 2 in Business Engineering at EM Strasbourg, and I’m also doing a work-study programme at Bechtle direct. I like mechanics, DIY and going on road trips with my friends.
Tell us about your time at Bechtle so far.
I joined Bechtle in 2020 during my Master 1 in Management. In this first year I was entrusted with a project to audit and optimise the company’s logistics. Eventually, I wanted to explore Sales for my Master 2. Bechtle gave me the opportunity to switch departments and offered me a position as a Junior Account Developer for my second year of alternating work and study.
What does this role entail?
I manage customer accounts, including quotes, orders and tracking deliveries. I also support customers during projects and am therefore very much involved with the business development-side of things.
- What do you enjoy about your job?
I really love the communication with the customers. I enjoy ensuring their needs are met and support them during project implementation. I also like that I’m able to expand my sales expertise and technical knowledge of our products in order to be able to offer the best possible solution.
What’s it like being a dual-studies student at Bechtle?
I really don’t feel like a student, but a full-blown valued member of the company and my team. Of course, I’m here to learn but I have real responsibilities and am doing my bit to drive the company’s success. I have a high degree of personal responsibility, but my tutor is always on-hand to help, which is something I really appreciate.
