Neckarsulm, 27 November 2019 – Bechtle has joined forces with the Next Generation Enterprise Network Alliance (ngena), enabling the IT company to expand its networking portfolio to include a fully managed SD-WAN-as-a-Service. The solution makes it possible to efficiently and quickly build highly-standardised business networks based on Cisco’s SD-WAN technology.
Dr Marcus Hacke, ngena founder and Managing Director: “We are incredibly proud that Bechtle AG has decided to partner with us and we are looking forward to adding SD-WAN-as-a-Service in the Bechtle portfolio. With this service, enterprise customers will have the opportunity to make modifications and updates at the click of a button, meaning that users can optimise their network architecture, reduce costs and seamlessly monitor their networks.”
Networks can be quickly modernised with SD-WAN, meaning that users benefit from reliability, manageability and security. SD-WAN supports a mixture of on-premise and cloud solutions, particularly in hybrid IT strategies.
“When we advise our clients on future-proof solutions for their digital transformation, customer networks are always a central aspect. Enterprises have great demands for connectivity and capacity, but need an easy and efficient method for using and operating the network. We are delighted to be able to add a fully managed SD-WAN ngena solution, based on the technology of our long-standing partner, Cisco, to our portfolio”, says Michael Guschlbauer, COO, IT System House & Managed Services, Bechtle AG.
Bechtle Clouds makes a wide range of current public and business cloud solutions available from a single source. Our close ties with leading cloud providers, together with our very own cloud services, mean Bechtle Clouds has everything you expect from a multi-cloud service provider, and then some.
The ZOLLERN Group is just as innovative when it comes to IT, leveraging Microsoft Office 365 to facilitate collaboration across eleven sites. However, the company was looking to move its data off-premise into a cloud other than Microsoft’s. To this end, Bechtle linked up Microsoft O365 with Amazon Web Services (AWS) via Veaam, slashing costs by 75 per cent in the process.
The right combination of cloud solutions is key to optimally covering all use cases in your organisation. That’s why Bechtle doesn’t offer one cloud service. We offer many, supporting your perfect multi-cloud strategy from a single source.
