Microsoft Teams.

The central place for team collaboration in Office 365!

 

Teams is the central service for chats, communication, and team work. The modern chat tools enables you to have one on one and group chats. Additional information (documents, activities, links, etc.) can be added via tabs.

 

The team module can be used to facilitate communication between project groups or departments. A team can have multiple sub-modules. Each module has a separate chat as well as space for documents, wikis, and many ready-made interfaces in other Office 365 services or third-party modules.

 

Alternatively, Skype for Business can also be implemented as a chat and voice module (incl. UC functionality). We’ll be happy to advise you on the best tool for your needs.

PowerApps & Flow.

Process automation and forms in Office 365.

 

Process-driven business applications can be performed by workflows and forms. Operations and processes can be automated directly in an Office 365 context. A graphic process designer enables workflows to be modelled with Drag and Drop. Additionally, there is a range of interfaces to external systems, making it easy to integrate data from other systems into processes.

 

PowerApps let your create forms for all platforms. In the long term, the service is destined to be a replacement for InfoPath, and you can use the forms directly in Microsoft SharePoint, for example. You can also connect various data sources.

Office 365 is a wide-ranging collection of various expert tools closely linked with each other. In addition to the services mentioned above, there are many other smaller and larger features that round off the whole package.
