Which documents do I need to include? Can I apply for several jobs at once?

We regularly update our job vacancies meaning that all those listed are yet to be filled.
Submit your application online or through our Recruiting Tool. Applications sent via e-mail or through the post will not be considered. You should included a full CV, preferably also a cover letter, your most recent graduation certificates and certificates of any training or additional courses. You can upload your files as pdf, doc, docx, odt, rtf, txt, jpeg, gif, or png.
Each of our job ads includes the name of the person to send your application to.
Sign up to our Job Abo and receive all the latest details about new openings. All you have to do is tell us how to get in touch with you, select an area you are interested in and we’ll send you job ads via e-mail.
If you can’t find the perfect job, feel free to send us a speculative application. All you have to do is tell us which area you are interested in under Speculative application. We’ll then check whether we have a vacancy that is a match for you.
You can apply for up to three jobs at once. Simply send an application for each vacancy you are interested in.
Simply log into our recruiting tool and update or add documents.
We all change our minds now and again. Don’t worry. You can retract your application in your profile.
Your application will be processed as quickly as possible, but it may take up to two weeks to get back to you.

Click on the forgotten password link for it to be automatically reset. Your username is generally your e-mail address.
We comply with all applicable statutory requirements for data erasure and therefore delete data after six months. We also comply with statutory retention periods. You also have the option to delete your account at any time. Go to: Search and Data Protection.
Your cover letter can be uploaded to “My documents” and then saved to your application. If you would like to send another application, you can easily replace the documents saved in your profile without deleting them from the application itself.
Interviews take place either by video or phone so as to enable more flexibility. If the situation allows, we of course offer the opportunity to get to know each other in person. We’ll let you know the specifics in good time.
This varies depending on the department and Bechtle branch, but most interviews will use Microsoft Teams. You will not be required to register an account to join an interview. You can dial in via your browser as a guest.
