Find out how to use shopping lists to streamline purchases, what you can put on a shopping list, and who can create a shared list.
Shopping lists can be used to put together a selection of products and to easily order recurring items. There are different kinds of shopping lists depending on user type. By default, only you can view and edit your own shopping lists. Under ‘View’, you can make your shopping lists visible to your other platform users. You can use ‘Edit’ to determine if other users can make changes to your shopping lists.
In addition to products, you can also add search terms to your shopping list.
Users can then find relevant items at a click directly from the shopping list.
You can add multiple items to a shopping list at once. Simply enter product nos. and/or manufacturer nos. in the input field separated by commas, semicolons, spaces or tab characters.
Authorised users can share shopping lists with other users. Check 'can manage shared shopping lists' in the user type.
You can access your shopping lists under the heading 'Products & Purchasing' in your account.
