Landing Zone.

This workshop covers implementing an Azure environment with several subscriptions, taking into account scalability, security, governance, network and identity. An Azure Landing Zone enables application migration, modernisation and innovation at enterprise level. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, so in this workshop, we’ll identify and delve into your requirements for an initial Azure workload.

Azure Landing Zone – Quick Deployment.
In this condensed version of our Azure Landing Zone Workshop, we’ll implement a Landing Zone in your tenant following Microsoft best practices. We’ll familiarise you with the Landing Zone concept and discuss the necessary deployment parameters.

- Agreement on parameters including allowed regions, tags and naming conventions
- Landing Zone documentation incl. permissions concept and policies
- Preparation and implementation:
- Management group structure according to best practices
- Bechtle basic policies for security, compliance and costs

Azure Migrate Workshop.
In this workshop, we’ll work with you to set up Azure Migrate to gather information on your local infrastructure, check compatibility with Azure services and gain an overview of the ongoing costs caused by the migration.
Workshop content.
- Installation of the Azure Migrate appliance
- Discovery phase and data collection (approx. 1 - 2 weeks)
- Detailed report on the compatibility of your systems and potential costs of a migration to Azure
- Presentation of results in a follow-up appointment and definition of next steps.
Azure management with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps Workshop.
This workshop covers the basics of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) when used in with Azure DevOps to deploy infrastructure in Azure. We’ll help you set up an Azure DevOps Organisation and deploy a demo workload using Pipelines.
