What does a Copilot Readiness Assessment entail?
Calculates a security score by averaging the scores of three components: estimated zero trust maturity score, Azure secure score, and M365 secure score. It also suggests ways to enhance security in each component.
Computes a licensing score by measuring the proportion of users who have the required Microsoft products licenses and recommends license upgrades for the remaining users.
Determines an optimisation score by evaluating the percentage of active users who use Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, and suggests strategies to increase the adoption of these tools.
How does it work?
Using a Zero Trust questionnaire, data is gathered on the existing security policies and practices of the organisation. The Microsoft tenant data is then used to obtain information on secure scores, current licensing, and usage across Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
After collecting all the necessary data, the next step is to present the Copilot Readiness Assessment Report. This report will show the results of the data analysis and provide an overview of the current level of Copilot readiness, it will also outline the actions that are required to prepare for Copilot adoption.
