Technology Summit 25
Bechtle Event.

Join us for the Bechtle Technology Summit 2025.

Thursday 20th November
Mercedes-Benz World, Surrey  |  9:30 - 22:00

Choose your track.

What will you choose? 3 tracks  |  5 sessions   |   A showroom of exhibitors

From 12:10 - 16:10 we're putting you in the driving seat. Create the track that you want to proceed with and make your own way to the destination (the evening entertainment, that is). How will you get there? Will you stay on the same track, or switch lanes? The choice is yours.

Whether you choose one of our 3 main tracks, head for a pitstop at one of our workshops, or head to the showroom to explore some of the fantastic makes and models in the world of IT (our Vendor Village), we have something for everyone, and we're giving you the opportunity to delve into the areas that are most valuable to you and your business.

Pre-booking required.

Please note, spaces for each session listed below will be limited and assigned on a first come, first served basis. Bookings for each session can be made via our mobile event app, which will be launched at the end of October/start of November. The Vendor Village will remain open throughout the day, so if you are not attending a session, you can visit the exhibition. Booking is NOT required for the Vendor Village.

How do we make supporting global users easier?

The security industry loves a shiny new solution, preferably one that comes in a box with blinking lights, a kettle lead, and an account manager. But the real advantage isn’t in what you buy next; it’s in the stuff you already bought, deployed, and promptly forgot about. This talk challenges the “new toy” mindset and shows how using what you already own can actually make you safer: starting with identity.

Google's unified ecosystem of Pixel and ChromeOS delivers cost-effective, collaborative tools and easy-to-manage solutions that empower productivity anywhere.

This session will demonostrate how Google are changing the game for mobile and computing.

Compute-intensive workloads like AI are pushing conventional data centres to their limits, with traditional air cooling wasting up to 40% of energy on heat management. Lenovo explores how liquid and hybrid cooling can deliver higher density, maintain optimal performance, and significantly cut carbon impact. These innovations even enable waste heat reuse, paving the way for sustainable, zero-emissions computing without compromising capability.

In this session, you’ll explore tools for onboarding, managing devices, and tracking performance tailored to your business through HP's Workforce Experience Platform (WXP).

Try live dashboards, simulate user journeys, and discover ways WXP can save time, improve retention, and simplify IT management whether using HP devices or other vendors.

Join us for an interactive session exploring Bechtle’s expanding global capabilities and recent acquisitions. Discover how Europe’s largest IT solutions and services provider can support your business—locally and internationally—and learn how to tap into our in-house team of experts. Bring your questions, share your goals, and find out what Bechtle can do for you.

Is ‘Co-Managed IT’ the smart way to scale in 2026 and beyond?

The security industry loves a shiny new solution, preferably one that comes in a box with blinking lights, a kettle lead, and an account manager. As AI reshapes critical decisions — from credit approvals to healthcare outcomes — the question of accountability has never been more urgent. It’s not just about the algorithms: the quality, ownership, and integrity of the data feeding AI models are now front and centre.

This panel will discuss how businesses can balance speed with accountability, safeguard customer trust, and define responsibility across the AI ecosystem. Expect an honest, practical debate on leading responsibly in the AI era.

Using ESET’s ecosystem in a blue team exercise, we’ll reverse-engineer a seemingly simple ‘malware detected and removed’ alert to uncover whether there’s more happening than meets the eye.

With 71% of large businesses in the UK looking to increase outsourced IT functions by 2027, is Co-Managed IT the ‘new normal’ for UK organisations? Join us to talk through the trends in focused outsourcing solutions and understand where such solutions might fit into your IT strategy.
