A leading figure in the food and drink industry, Sarah made her name leading the international expansion of PizzaExpress and Planet Hollywood, before striking out on her own to buy the Bombay Bicycle Club and transforming it into the UK’s largest chain of Indian restaurants.  She subsequently invested in a number of successful consumer facing businesses. 

Sarah is a leading figure within the restaurant industry, being recognised through a range of accolades such as being named as one of the  The Times 35 Most Successful Women under 35,  awarded Business Weekly’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year, listed in the Courvoisier Top 500, 100 most influential entrepreneurs in the UK by City AM and entry in the Who’s Who of British Business Leaders. In January 2016, Sarah was named one of The Sunday Times’ 500 Most Influential People in Britain. In 2023, Sarah picked up the ‘Business Leader of the Year’ award at the prestigious Publican Awards, and is also a recognised media personality, appearing as a judge on Raymond Blanc’s ‘The Restaurant’ and as a Dragon on the BBC’s top show Dragons Den with Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden, Nick Jenkins and Touker Suleyman.

Neil Sawyer is responsible for leading market strategy and managing the multibillion-dollar P&L for HP’s Northern Europe Market, spanning commercial and consumer channel and customer segments. Neil has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, across corporate, public infrastructure, and consumer electronics.

In addition to his role at HP, Neil is a member of the non-governmental organisation, Tech UK, which represents the broader topical issues and opportunities for the technology sector. Neil shares findings and opinions with the UK Government and the wider technology stakeholder groups in the UK.
