And what happens if you don’t? In this session, Tim ter Haar and Axel Brox, Software Solution Consultants at Bechtle, walk you through the essentials—from defining clear policies and ensuring data governance to preventing misuse. They’ll also highlight the latest developments in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot Agents. |
Track 2 –Physical workspaces and management: Creating truly productive workspaces ![]() ![]() What makes a physical workspace not only efficient and productive but also a great place to work? In this session, Thijs Groen, Workspace Solution Consultant at Bechtle, and Gijs van der Putten challenge conventional thinking with bold ideas. They’ll discuss how well-designed workspaces improve employee satisfaction and productivity, the importance of personas in workspace planning, and how to match workspaces to different needs. The session will also cover practical aspects of rolling out new devices—from project planning and delivery (home addresses vs. office distribution points) to CMDB, asset tagging, and MDM integration. Finally, Thijs will share practical tips on installation, management, and smart solutions like cable management and seamless device onboarding. |

Track 2 –Physical workspaces and management: Secure and efficient device management with MDM
Building on the first session’s discussion on personas and employee needs, this session shifts focus to the backend of workspace management. Michel de Jonge, Teamlead Technical Experts at ARP, and Ronald Bevers, Principal Consultant at PQR, explain how Mobile Device Management (MDM) helps organisations manage and secure devices effectively. You’ll also learn how different MDM solutions can be integrated and combined for a more comprehensive approach—such as linking multiple platforms. For IT professionals, we take a deeper dive into topics like mobile application management and endpoint analytics, exploring real-world scenarios, practical examples, and in-depth technical insights. |
