baramundi Remote Control - Add-On

Remote Control enables remote access to workstations without disturbing users. IT and helpdesk teams can resolve issues quickly and provide support directly on the screen. Servers can be monitored, controlled and maintained remotely. Access is granted in accordance with data protection regulations, with the user’s consent, and is managed and logged via the baramundi rights system. Cancellation: at least 3 months before expiry, otherwise the contract is automatically renewed for 1 year.
