Together with the customer, we investigate which solution is the best fit for the customer’s challenges. As an account manager, I derive great satisfaction from being able to change things for the better for my customers, on a daily basis!
We work with a small circle of customers, enabling us to devote a lot of attention to them. This is also the reason why we usually work from the office, as we can be easily contacted and can quickly consult colleagues. Advice is very important in education. By discussing needs, visions and strategies rather than just products, we aim to build long-term relationships. We look at the actual needs and which solution is the best fit.
