‘As a Service’ products and services are becoming an increasingly attractive option for organisations. Device as a Service is comparable to a subscription: you no longer need to invest in advance to purchase a range of devices, but instead pay a fixed amount per device, per month. That means you never pay too much – only for what you use. Devices may include desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets or a combination.
Hardware, device management and lifecycle services.
In addition to hardware costs, the monthly fee includes IT lifecycle services such as swap, data wiping, reverse services and desk-to-desk support. Devices are delivered ready-to-use, and device management is taken care of for you. As an IT manager, this frees up time for more important tasks, and ensures your colleagues are always working with the most reliable devices.

Another benefit of Device as a Service is the scalability of the package. When onboarding new staff, all you have to do is order a new device. The device is delivered to the end user in ready-to-use condition with the configuration and installation already taken care of. All the end user needs to do is log in and they can start working right away. You can also dispose of old devices in an environmentally friendly way, in compliance with GDPR guidelines, and return healthy devices to the available stock.
Alongside support for the service desk, any problems will be resolved for you. This saves you a considerable amount of time, which you can devote to what’s really important: supporting the organisation.
As the desktops and laptops are proactively monitored, the lifecycle of these individual devices is predictable, so any incidents can be anticipated and resolved.
If there is a defect, the device will be exchanged or repaired promptly.
User experience.
With Device as a Service, your employees can immediately start working. Simply place an order for a new device which is configured to specification and delivered to the employee at their home or office in a ready-to-use condition. Your employee can then log in with their existing username and password to be granted direct access to the environment they are familiar with.
If something is unclear or does not work according to expectations, then we offer desk-to-desk support. If a device is defective, we can resolve this within one working day thanks to our advanced swap-service.

Within our DAAS Mobile service range, we offer a selection of smartphones and tablets, including services and accessories. For this, we use the latest Samsung and Apple devices.
